They won't let me exercise the warranty without it. We have called to try to exercise the warranty but my original receipt has faded. The system has aged it has been properly taken care of but a lot of the wood along the bottom has deteriorated and plastic coating on the metal parts has molded. My kids were terrified of them and it would take them weeks to start using it again. I just learned to deal with the bees each year even though it guaranteed against the wood from having bee issues.
